Jen is the founder of At Large and brings over 25 years of experience in corporate affairs and proactive stakeholder engagement at the Cabinet and C-suite levels.

She has extensive crisis and issues management credentials, drawing on her corporate, public affairs and media background. Jen has held several roles for large international corporations and government agencies and is a former broadcast journalist and producer, reporting and producing on the Holmes Show, Close Up, 20/20, and 60 Minutes.

More recently, Jen was External Relations Director for Rio Tinto in New Zealand. Since leaving that role, she’s worked with the Ministry for the Environment, where the Climate Change Commission cited her stakeholder engagement and consultation advice as an exemplar.

Senior Consultant

Graeme is an Auckland-based communications leader with over 20 years’ experience in communications and government relations.

A former property and financial journalist and Chief Executive, he’s led complex advocacy and communications programmes across agriculture, health, science, energy and infrastructure. He previously served as Chief Executive of Electricity Networks Aotearoa and Animal & Plant Health New Zealand, and as General Manager of Strategic Communications at Federated Farmers.

Earlier in his career, Graeme was a Property Journalist at the National Business Review, Political Editor at Thomson Reuters and a senior editor at The Post.

Consultant

Liam provides clients with strategic corporate affairs and communications advice, with a focus on reputation and government relations.

He frequently advises clients on reputation management, navigating regulatory challenges, and engaging with Parliament. His clients span a broad range of sectors, including energy, extractive industries, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and technology.

Before joining At Large, Liam worked with public and private sector clients as a management consultant and brings deep understanding of both traditional and digital media from previous roles at global media intelligence firm Isentia.

Junior Consultant

Harriette joined At Large while finishing her degree in Public Relations and Communication Management at Massey University in Wellington.

Before joining the team, she worked as Communication and Marketing Assistant at the Aviation Industry Association of New Zealand. In that role, she helped deliver campaigns, coordinate events, produce content for members and support day-to-day communication.

In her role with At Large, Harriette supports projects that call for clear, practical communication. She works with consultants on research, drafting, content planning and delivery, and contributes to problem-solving on client challenges. Her role spans a range of sectors, exposing her to a variety of communication needs and approaches.
